DESC: Vampires, referring to themselves as "Aristocrats" have ruled the world for 10,000 years, having enslaved human survivors of the Great Nuclear War. Inexplicably, the vampires have gone into decline as a species and now populate in only a very remote area. However, the "Aristocats" that remain, with their superior scientific advances and technologies, continue to strike fear into the hearts and minds of the humans. In their effort to regain their autonomy after a long, very dark age, humans have advanced vampire hunting to a highly skilled profession. Among these skilled bounty hunters is Dunpeal, a half-human, half-vampire considered to be the ideal vampire hunter. The handsome Dunpeal has become highly renowned for his vampire hunting prowess. In a human villiage near the remote area of the vampires lives John Elbourne, a wealthy villiager with a daughter named Charlotte. To John Elbourne's great dismay, Charlotte has been kidnapped by an aristcrat named Meir Link.
