DESC: The Hamilton Beach HealthSmart Juice Extractor is a compact, efficient unit with a number of convenient features built in. A transparent pulp bin prevents excess pulp from clogging the machine and also removes for easy cleaning. Other parts include the cover with a food chute and pusher, a stainless-steel cutting/straining disc, a separate juice container, and a power base. The unit disassembles easily for cleaning and includes two side safety latches that keep the cover locked in position for hassle-free juicing. To juice apples, pears, carrots, tomatoes, or other produce, first prepare the fruits and/or vegetables by washing, then cut them into pieces to fit the food chute, and finally remove any hard skin, large seeds, or pits.
