The BodyCraft F431 Lat / Low Row Attachment affixes to the top of the F430, with a plate-loading system that accepts weights in small increments (an optional 200-pound weight stack is also available but is not included). The lat row, meanwhile, extends from the bottom of the power rack and gives the lifter the opportunity to perform a seated row. Other details on the BodyCraft F431 Lat / Low Row Attachment include non-slip handles, two weight clamps for securing weight plates to the pins, and support for both Olympic and smaller weight plates.
