DESC: TechWorks has been manufacturing and marketing memory modules for computer systems and printers for a long time. The TechWorks line of memory includes: DRAM (dynamic random access memory), SDRAM (synchronous dynamic random access memory), SGRAM (synchronous graphic random access memory), VRAM (video random access memory), and cache modules. These are available in EDO (extended data output), FPM (fast page mode) and ECC (error checking and correcting) using DIMM (dual inline memory modules) architecture, SO DIMM (small outline dual inline memory modules) architecture, or SIMM (single inline memory modules) architecture.
