DESC: The CM9760-CXTA is designed to interface Pelco matrix switchers and DVR's using Pelco's P protocol with Pelco receiver/drivers that use Coaxitron protocol for command and control functions. The CM9760-CXTA will also interface Pelco's DX7000 Digital Video Recorder using Pelco's D protocol with Pelco receiver/driver that use Coaxitron protocol for command and control functions. CX9000, Legacy, Intercept, Spectra, and Esprit receiver/drivers can be used with the CM9760-CXTA. The 32 BNCs are looped into the unit. Each BNC on the top row is paired with a BNC on the bottom row. This allows either the top or bottom BNCs to be selected as an IN or OUT connector or be used to communicate to or from the receiver. The rear of the CM9760-CXTA also has IN and OUT communication connectors allowing two translator units to be cascaded. This makes 32 Coaxitron ports available which can be controlled from one RS-422 communication port on Systems 9760/9740. The 8-position DIP switch allows the
