DESC: The RCA DVR10 can record and store up to nine hours of HDTV programming and up to 40 hours of standard definition digital programming. Using the built-in timer capabilities of a connected television or set-top, the DVR10 can be programmed to record programs up to 24 hours in advance, scheduled to tape a program daily, or set to instantly record a current program. Key convenience functions include Pause, Fast Forward and Reverse, Slow Motion (both forward and reverse) and Single Frame Advance. The DVR10 digital video recorder also offers a wide variety of skip and search functions based on the 1394 commands from the RCA HDTV Set or whatever device is controlling it.
