DESC: This single deck natural gas convection oven with an open stand comes standard with one 1/2 HP two-speed oven blower motor per section and one 44,000 BTU per hour per burner per section. This convection oven has side mounted temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees and also has a 60-minute timer with an audible alarm. This unit has an oven cool switch made for rapid cool downs. There are five nickel plated oven racks per section and eleven position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section as well.
