DESC: The Minka Aire Concept II 52 series fan features a simple housing which gives the fan a streamlined look. This ceiling fan includes the integrated 100 watt light fixture which uses a standard medium base light bulb. The fan mounts close to the ceiling for maximum clearance. An optional cap is included if you desire to not install the light. The fan includes the RC140 full function hand held remote control which gives you control of 3 fan speeds, reversing of direction, and dimming of the included light fixture.
