DESC: In this work of supernatural romantic suspense, the secrets of the past return to haunt a woman in more than one sense. Fifteen years ago, South Carolina teenager Tara Mitchell was stabbed to death and her two closest friends vanished. Seeking a big story, TV reporter Nicole "Nicky" Sullivan decides to film a siance in the so-called "haunted house" where the murder occurred, employing her own mother, a popular psychic, to contact the spirits of Tara and her missing, presumed dead, friends. The story becomes both bigger and more tragic than Nicky had anticipated when her assistant, Karen, is stabbed to death under circumstances that mimic Tara's murder. Nicky and local police chief Joe Franconi develop a contentious but undeniable passion for each other as they search for Karen's killer.
