DESC: This full size gas convection oven features a stainless steel front and painted top and sides. This oven is fully insulated with 1-1/2" board type insulation. The top has 3" thick insulation. Each oven section is powered by a 40,000 BTU high output atmospheric burner system. A built-in gas regulator comes standard with this unit. The dial type thermostat operates from 200-500 degrees and comes with an electric 60 minute timer. The solid 50/50 independent doors are made of stainless steel. The 27" adjustable legs are painted.
