DESC: Sonic and Tails must spin, bounce, and bump their way through an ingenious Pinball Defense System that Dr. Robotnik is using to protect his latest devilish device, the Veg-O-Fortress. The lava-powered fortress of doom sits high atop the Mt. Mobius volcano and holds all the innocent creatures of Planet Mobius who are in a danger of being robotized and turned into mindless slaves by the sneaky scientist. Our heroes must venture into caverns oozing with toxic wastes where they risk being smothered with green slime, if the hideous Rexxon dont finish them off first. If they can just get through four whirling, flashing, and buzzing levels and gather the glittering Chaos Emeralds that are holding the feared fortress in place, the tower of power will be blown sky high and the animals will be freed.
