DESC: The Blue Angels are the Navys elite flight demonstration squadron composed of nearly 100 officers and enlisted men and women. The demonstration is flown by five Navy and Marine F/A-18 Hornet pilot. The Blue Angels were formed just after WWII with the purpose of promoting interest in Naval Aviation. The group travels throughout the United States and Europe demonstrating the superior flying skills of the Navy trained pilot. This legendary team is renowned for the precision and grace demonstrated in every flight maneuver. The Blue Angels Skyhawk Flight Chronograph both recognizes and commemorates this highly skilled flying team.
