A double condenser allows this unit to remove 50 pints of water per day while cooling, or up to 60 pints of water when operating in the dehumidifying-only mode. Under normal conditions, this unit is "dripless," meaning that the unit will discharge all of the moisture collected from the air through the exhaust. However, when extracting large volumes of water in the "Dehumidifier Only" mode, excess water will be collected in the internal collection tank. The air conditioner will automatically turn off once the tank is full, until emptied. You may also use the continuous drain hose included as a no-fuss way to eliminate excess water as needed
