This set captures the entire five hour series that begins as a crime wave hits Genom City, putting pressure on the police to curb the influx of mutating cyborgs known as VOOMERS. As their threat begins to seem more menacing, there is also a drama unfolding in the ranks of the police as the veteran Special Officer Kenji Sasaki takes on a new partner, Hans Kleif, while battling some personal demons that continue to haunt him.
